What you get when you join
Stock from day one
Work from a shared owner database of 779 semi-D and bungalow listings — not an empty spreadsheet.
Your own website
yourname.keystonegroup.com.my — bilingual, with live listings for all ten areas and your WhatsApp on every button. Send it to buyers from your first week.
Mentors who have done it
Senior negotiators in landed property since 2013 and Million Ringgit Sales Agent award winners take you on real viewings.
Tools that answer buyers
Stamp duty, legal fee, loan, DSR and RPGT calculators, plus a library of buyer guides — so you can answer the money questions in the first call.
Co-broke network
Bring your buyers to team listings and team buyers to your listings. An agent portal tracks your listings, leads and shares.
A focused niche
Only premium landed homes in ten areas. Your knowledge compounds with every deal instead of spreading across hundreds of condo projects.
Four steps
WhatsApp us
Tell us about yourself — current job, whether you already hold a REN, and which areas you know.
Coffee with the team
An informal meeting with Ken and a senior negotiator to see whether landed property and Keystone suit you.
NCC and registration
New to the industry? Take the two-day Negotiator Certification Course; we register you with BOVAEP under Gather Properties. Already a REN? We transfer your tag.
Onboarding
Database access, your personal website, the agent portal and your first viewings alongside a mentor.
You might be a fit if…
- You would rather do fewer, larger deals than many small ones
- You speak to families in more than one language
- You are honest about a house's weaknesses
- You live in, or know well, one of our ten areas
- You want a long career, not a quick commission
Real closings. Real team.
Deals closed with clients, awards on stage, training rooms and team dinners — this is the team you would be joining.

Do I need experience to join Keystone?
No. You need to be at least 18 with SPM or equivalent to take the Negotiator Certification Course, and the drive to learn landed property properly. Experienced RENs are equally welcome.
How do I become a REN in Malaysia?
Pass the two-day Negotiator Certification Course (MIEA lists RM600 plus 8% SST), join a registered estate agency, and the firm registers you with BOVAEP. You renew the registration every year.
Which firm will I be registered under?
Keystone Group is a team of Gather Properties (Registered Estate Agent E (1) 1536). Your REN is registered under that firm.
What is the commission structure?
It is explained in person at the first meeting, together with how co-broke deals and shared leads are handled.
