How working together works
How is the fee shared on a co-broke with Keystone?
It is agreed in writing between the two agencies before the viewing. A 50/50 split of the agency fee is common, but each deal is agreed on its own terms.
Can I send a Keystone negotiator's page to my buyer?
Co-broke partners receive a share link that shows the listing with your details as the buyer's agent. Ask us on WhatsApp for access to the agent portal.
Do you list properties outside your ten areas?
Our focus is semi-Ds and bungalows in our ten KL and PJ areas. For other landed areas, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
